Contest rules and regulations

About the contest

  • The contest is an initiative promoted by the countries involved in the project (Romania, Cyprus, Portugal, Poland, Republic of North Macedonia, Armenia, Georgia and Moldova).
  • The contest involves the design of a logo that can identify the project.
  • The submitted logos must be original.

Aims

  • a) promote the development of an activity that leads to the production of a project identification symbol
  • b) promote creativity
  • c) promote the connection between all the people involved in the project.

Participants

participants to the project of all organisations attending of the project, of any of the countries involved:

  • Active Cypriot Programs and European Learning Into Acceptance, ACPELIA
  • World of Change, Rebublic of North Macedonia 
  • Zespół Szkół Salezjańskich DON BOSCO we Wrocławiu, Poland.  
  • Association for community development Kreaktiva, Croatia
  • National Youth Council of Moldova, Moldova
  • ASSOCIAÇÃO NÓ GÓRDIO, Portugal. 
  • BITISI, Georgia
  • Asociación Egeria Desarrollo Social, Spain 
  • Association Walktogether, Bulgaria
  • ''Uniting Bridge'' Social Non-govermental organisation, Armenia

Conditions of submission

  • a) the works must be performed individually or in groups of young people from each of the organisations
  • b) the works must not include any identification of the countries involved in the project
  • c) the works can be the result of design on the computer or by the resource to painting, drawing, etc.
  • d) the works must be photographed or recorded in image format (preferably JPG)
  • e) the deadline to submit the works is May 31, 2021
  • f) after selection by the jury in each organisation, the files with the works submitted to competition must be sent to Projects's Manager email without the author or authors' identification (nicckolas44@gmail.com).
  • g) each organisation may send up to a maximum of 2 logo's

Winner selection criteria

Online vote / deadlines

The winner will be determined after online voting according to the following criteria:

a) the vote is open to 60 representatives (youngsters that are taking part to the program) from each organisation through emails of coordinators - Actually the logos that each country has to vote will be send by email to each coordinator and the students will vote either in the organisations or anywhere else each coordinator decide.

b) those 60 representatives are not allowed to vote in the country's own proposals.

c) voting time goes between 2nd till 8th of June 2021. Votes must send to Cyprus coordinator till 9 of June 2021 so to prepare the results.

d) Results will be annouced in the online meeting with all participants that we are going to have on Thursday 10 of June in google meet at 18:00 CET in the link:  meet.google.com/xxj-kpzh-phf

e) Results will be extracted and will have them in the page analytically with the votes of each organisation so all to be clear in the voting. 

Winner

a) the winner will be the participant/participants that gather the highest number of votes in the international voting

b) in the event of a tie, the winner will be chosen by the jury (project coordinators in each country)

The results will be disclosed in the project Webpage and Facebook page of the program.

Prize

The prize to be awarded to the winner/ winners will be in the responsibility of the project coordinator of the country that belongs the student.

Final provisions

All the omissions in this Regulation shall be sent to Project Coordinator of the project so that they can be solved together with the elements of the Jury (nicckolas44@gmail.com).
